this simple tuna melt was thought up in two minutes with things I had on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for easy tuna melt

1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbs mayo
1/2 tsp mustard
4 cherry tomatoes
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp hot sauce
5 oz canned tuna
2 tbs cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for easy tuna melt

  1. cut slice of bread in half and toast

  2. thinly slice cherry tomatoes

  3. mix tuna, mayo, mustard, spices, and cherry tomatoes

  4. spread mixture on toast and place under broiler for 2 minutes

  5. enjoy
