Recipe Ingredients for Easy Tomato & Gumbo Soup

16 oz Vegetable Gumbo Mix
16 oz Fresh Frozen Baby Lima Beans
2 cup Reduced Sodium, Tomato Parmesan Soup
2 cup High Fiber Creamy Tomato Basil
1 cup Spinach
3 cups kale
15 ounce Petite Diced Tomatoes - No Salt

Recipe Directions for Easy Tomato & Gumbo Soup

In large sauce pan, mix Progresso Reduced Sodium Tomato Parmesan and Progresso High Fiber Creamy Tomato Basil soups with 2 diced tomatoes. Cook and stir on medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Add gumbo mix and seasonings; cook and stir until hot and steamy. Slowly add spinach, stirring to mix in. Turn heat on low, and simmer until spinach is done.
