This recipe is so easy and sooo good! Make your own vinaigrette with half olive oil and half balsamic - tastes better. Plus use diced tomatoes with roasted garlic yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Tomato Baked Chicken

1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
14 oz diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Easy Tomato Baked Chicken

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425F. Place onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.

  2. COMBINE tomatoes, dressing and garlic powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165F).
