Super easy stir fry with zucchini and tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Tofu Stir Fry

12 3/10 oz extra firm tofu
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
6 oz. of snow pea pods
2 cups chopped zucchini
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Easy Tofu Stir Fry

Cut peppers into julienne cuts. chop up zucchini and pepper and put all vegetable into pan on medium heat. Add 2 tsp olive oil. In seperate pan, heat cut up tofu and chicken broth. Combine with veggies. Pour soy sauce over entire meal, cover and simmer until cooked. Serve on serving of brown rice.
