From Alton Brown's Good Eats. Serve as a dressing for salad, as a sauce for a hamburger, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables. A one ounce serving equals two tablespoons.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Tofu Dressing

12 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Firm
1/2 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Pickle Relish, Sweet
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Easy Tofu Dressing

Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
