1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Easy Thai Peanut Sauce

  1. Heat all ingredients over medium heat until bubbles start to form

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

  3. All spices can be adjusted to taste.
