Easy Thai peanut sauce - good on Chicken!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Thai Peanut Saice

0.25 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
9 Teaspoon Juice
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Easy Thai Peanut Saice

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 1/4 cup peanut butter

  3. 1/4 cup water

  4. 2 tbsp soy sauce

  5. 2 tbsp lime juice

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced and crushed

  7. 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  8. Preparation:

  9. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat (mixture will become easy to combine as peanut butter melts). Continue stirring over low heat until ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth and creamy. This recipe is perfect as it is, but you may want to thin it out a bit with more water, depending on what you're using it for.
