Recipe Ingredients for Easy Strawberry Smoothies

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt (1118)
2 tbsp skim milk
4 1/2 g (4 1/2 packets) Equal sweetener (83289)
1 1/2 cups (frozen unsweetened) strawberries (9318)
1/2 cup ice cubes (check weight, water was selected)

Recipe Directions for Easy Strawberry Smoothies

  1. Combine yogurt milk and Equal in a blender or food processor cover.

  2. With blender running , add berries, a few at a time, through opening in lid. Process until smooth.

  3. Add ice, one cube at a time through opening in lid, blend until slushy. Pour into glasses and serve.
