Recipe Ingredients for Easy Stir Fry

6 oz cooked chicken breasts, cubed
12 oz broccoli, cut up
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Easy Stir Fry

  1. Heat wok or saute pan over high heat.

  2. Add soy sauce and broccoli and cook until tender crisp.

  3. Add mushrooms, cook until juices are released.

  4. Add garlic and chicken. Cook until garlic is fragrant and chicken is heated through.
