Recipe Ingredients for Easy Stir Fired Rice (low fat)

2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 cup Frozen Peas
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
3 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.33 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Easy Stir Fired Rice (low fat)

Coat pan with oil and heat. Add scrabbled eggs to pan roll to disperse the egg. Use a wooden spoon to move egg as it cooks, which should take 10 minutes. Remove and set aside the cooked egg. Add and heat oil to the pan. Sauté raw vegetables for about 5 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and sauté for another 10 minutes.
