Recipe Ingredients for Easy Stew

2 lbs. (extra lean) stew meat
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 green beans
1 onion, chopped
4 large potatoes, cubed
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 canned tomatoes
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup tapioca

Recipe Directions for Easy Stew

  1. Layer the following in stew pot

  2. stew meat, uncooked

  3. celery

  4. green beans

  5. onion

  6. potatoes

  7. carrots

  8. tomatoes

  9. tomato juice

  10. add tapioca and salt and pepper between layers using 1/2 cup tapioca total

  11. Cook in over at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Do not stir until done
