Recipe Ingredients for Easy Spanish White Beans with Chard and Pancetta

60 g pancetta
2 cloves garlic,large
6 oz Swiss chard leaves
3 tbsp Spanish olive oil
30 oz white beans
8 oz low sodium beef broth

Recipe Directions for Easy Spanish White Beans with Chard and Pancetta

  1. Finely chop the pancetta and garlic. Clean the Swiss chard leaves and chop. Open white beans and drain liquid.

  2. Pour the olive oil into a large, heavy-bottom frying pan and heat. Sauté pancetta and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Toss in Swiss chard leaves and stir.

  3. Once the chard leaves are wilted, add white beans and broth. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Serve with rustic bread.
