Chicken, potatoes and veggies cooked for 8 hours in a slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

6 boneless chicken breast halves
4 potatoes, cubed
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
12 ounce evaporated milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 ounce dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch, veggies, flaxseed and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve!
