Lasagna on the stove top in 30 minutes!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Skillet Lasagna

24 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz lasagna noodles
3/4 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. water

Recipe Directions for Easy Skillet Lasagna

  1. Brown ground beef in large sauce pan

  2. Add chopped up peppers to sauce pan

  3. Add water and garlic salt

  4. Break 12 lasagna noodles into quarters and place in pan.

  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  6. Bring down to a simmer and place lid on pan. Allow to simmer 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  7. When it's done, turn off heat. Sprinkle cheese over the top of mixture and place lid back on pan.

  8. Allow to sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
