This simple dish is awesome for the time crunched cook. Can be divided in to 4 servings depending on number of guests and thickness of salmon filet. Can be served with a citrus rice and a vegetable for a complete meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Sesame Salmon

16 oz salmon
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Easy Sesame Salmon

Pour 1 tsp of sesame oil in a skillet and heat on medium for a couple of minutes. While oil is heating rub filet with rest of sesame oil and brown sugar. Evenly coat the skinless side of the filet. Place the salmon in the pan skin side down and cover. Pour soy sauce on top and around the filet and cover. Cook until fish is flakey and middle is a lighter pink. Sprinkle sesame seeds on last.
