Marinaded chicken over rice and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Easy sesame chicken

1/2 chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp sesame ginger marinade
1/3 cup brown rice
1/3 cup mushrooms, chopped

Recipe Directions for Easy sesame chicken

  1. Coat chicken in 1 1/4 tbsp marinade and place in frying pan over medium heat. When nearly done, add chopped mushrooms and remaining marinade and sautee until chicken is no longer pink in the center and mushrooms are cooked.

  2. Prepare rice as directed on box. Spread cooked rice on plate and top with chicken and mushrooms.
