Easy and quick scrambled eggs. Onions add a nice twist on an ordinary dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Scrambled eggs

2 large Egg, White
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
30 grams Onion Red
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
5 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Easy Scrambled eggs

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Whisk ingredients to thoroughly combine.

  2. Spray an omelet or small saute pan with nonstick spray.

  3. Heat pan 1 minute prior to adding ingredients.

  4. Add ingredients then use a spatula to gently turn eggs as they cook about 3 minutes.

  5. Serves 1.
