A hearty 10 minute soup, with a little protein for a boost :)

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Salsa Soup

1/2 cup Salsa
1 1/2 cup water
1 fresh tomato, diced
1 cup corn
3/4 cup black beans
1 1/2 cup grated carrots

Recipe Directions for Easy Salsa Soup

  1. Add Salsa and water to a pot and heat on medium.

  2. Add corn kernels, black beans, diced tomatos, and shredded carrots.

  3. Add any desired spices, I add garlic, cilantro and black pepper...but I guess it would depend on what type of salsa you are using...

  4. You could add peppers, onion, jalepenos, whatever you want.

  5. This is a pretty red, orange and yellow coloured soup :)
