1/2 tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 baby carrots
1 tbsp kidney beans

  1. add the lettuce, make sure it romane! not iceberg

  2. add cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, beans

  3. top with oil and balsamic vinegar
