Easy, inexpensive, and delicious -- very good for you and soooooo tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Roasted Veggies

3 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
2 large Onions
6 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Easy Roasted Veggies

  1. Chop all veggies into similar size pieces (separating onion into chunks).

  2. Coat a large deep baking pan with the olive oil. Do not wipe out extra.

  3. Mix veggies together in oil coated pan (letting the veggies get greased in the process).

  4. Add garlic powder and rosemary, mix well.

  5. Bake in oven at 350 until cooked through. Leave longer if you desire carmelized onions.
