3 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

  1. HEAT oven to 450 degrees.

  2. COMBINE potatoes, olive oil and spices then spread in an even layer onto a foil lined baking sheet.

  3. BAKE for 10 minutes or until interior is tender and exterior is crisp.
