Easy Ravioli Skillet -- 20 mins start to finish!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Ravioli Skillet

1 3/4 cups (one 15.5oz can) cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
1 3/4 cups (one 14.5oz can) stewed tomatoes, Italian style, undrained
14 ounces vegetable broth
9 11/20 ounces zucchini
9 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli

Recipe Directions for Easy Ravioli Skillet

  1. Bring vegetable broth and undrained tomatoes to boil in medium skillet.

  2. Add zucchini and ravioli and return to a boil. Let boil 6-7 minutes or until ravioli are tender.

  3. Add beans and heat through -- simmer another 1-2 minutes

  4. Serve and enjoy!
