Don't use Diet Coke -- Use Diet Mountain Dew!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Raspberry Chicken

1 lb chicken breast
1/2 c. Diet Coke
1/4 c. raspberry preserves

Recipe Directions for Easy Raspberry Chicken

  1. Brown 2-4 chicken breasts on both sides.

  2. Add 1/2 c. Diet Mountain Dew.

  3. Simmer for 15 minutes, until chicken's done.

  4. Mix 1 tablespoon soda with 1/4 cup no sugar raspberry preserves.

  5. Pour souce over chicken & cook 5 more minutes.

  6. Serve with sauce.
