Recipe Ingredients for Easy and quick thai style curry

1 small Onions
1 tsp Ginger Root
200 grams Spinach
240 grams Sweetpotato
0.17 cup Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste
30 grams Cashew Nuts
3 teaspoon Soy Light Sauce
6 tbsp Coconut Milk
100 grams Prawns

Recipe Directions for Easy and quick thai style curry

Fry the chopped onion and ginger (I don't use oil) in a pan, add sweet potato when onion is a litlle bit soft. After 2 minutes add the spinach and 5tsb of water. Put the lid on. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes. Add the king prawns, paste, soy sauce, cashews(or some seeds). Mix up everything. If wish add more spice (pepper, parika powder etc.). Add the coconut milk, depending on how much sauce you want. I din't have any sides with this so just added the milk for a taste. Turn down the oven and leave for a minute or two with a lid on. Ready to serve!
