Not too bad on the calories, good to clean out the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy quiche

1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 sweet potato
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup self raising flour

Recipe Directions for Easy quiche

  1. Chop veges and cook as desired. allow to cool slightly.

  2. Whisk flour, melted butter, eggs, milk. Season with pepper if you like.

  3. Fold in all other ingredients.

  4. Bake at 350 F/180 C for approx 35min or until set.

  5. Serve warm or cold with salad.
