Recipe Ingredients for Easy Quiche

3/4 cup Bisquick
1 1/4 cups skim milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 yellow pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Quiche

Saute vegetables in olive oil until soft. Place Bisquick, milk and eggs in a shaker jar and shake well to blend. Pour into deep pie plate or muffin cups. Sprinkle sauted veggies and cheese on top. Bake at 350F for 35 min or until eggs are set (baking time may be less if using muffin cups).
