Cheese and refried beans quesadillas with salsa and sour cream topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Quesadillas

1 ounce cheddar cheese
114 grams flour tortillas
2 tbsp light sour cream
4 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp refried beans

Recipe Directions for Easy Quesadillas

  1. Place 1, 8" tortilla on a flat frying pan.

  2. Spread two tablspoons of refried beans evenly over entire surface of the tortilla

  3. Sprinkle on 1 ounce of shredded cheddar cheese

  4. Place 1, 8" tortilla on top

  5. Turn stove onto meduim heat and cook quesadilla unitill the side that is touching the pan is brown and crunchy.

  6. Flip the quesadilla -try putting a plate on your pan then flipping the pan and letting the quesadilla fall on to the plate then slide it off the plate and back on to the pan, this will keep the two side from sliding apart when you flip.

  7. Cook the second side unitil brown and crunchy, plate and serve.

  8. This recipe serves one.
