Yummy Banana-y Goodness - probably should be 2 or 3 servings but these are really healthy and I normally eat all of them for breakfast/snack

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Protein Pancakes

1/3 cup oatmeal
1 mashed banana
3/4 cup egg whites

Recipe Directions for Easy Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. fry w/ nonstick spray til golden on both sides

  3. banana can be subbed out for other fruits - be creative - just adjust accordingly
