Easy and Low fat Pork noodle soup using the pork bones instead of bouillon

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pork Noodle Soup

2 cups carrots
2 cups celery
12 oz lean pork
1/2 c shallots
1/4 c green onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili pepper flakes
16 oz pasta (small shells)
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Easy Pork Noodle Soup

  1. Chop all vegetables

  2. Chop pork into cubes saving bones

  3. Boil Bones in 2 cups of water with chilli pepper flakes

  4. Combine all remaining ingredients in pot

  5. When pork bones have reduced to 3/4 cup of water, strain and add to pot

  6. Simmer pot of ingredients

  7. IF needed cook pasta seperately
