Pork and macaroni in a creamy mushroom sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pork Loin Casserole

520 grams boneless pork loin chops, center cut
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 stalks of celery
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tbsp beef bouillon
4 cups cooked whole wheat macaroni

Recipe Directions for Easy Pork Loin Casserole

  1. In one pot, cook macaroni as per instructions. drain noodles, but keep water. set aside.

  2. In a fry pan, Warm oil on low heat.

  3. Lightly brown the pork. Use lid on pan to keep moisture in pan.

  4. Add soya sauce to pan. Simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Remove pork and cut in to bite size pieces.

  6. Put back in pan.

  7. Add mushroom soup and about 1 cup of water from the macaroni pot. Stir until well blended. Chop celery and onions, add to pan. Add beef bouillon and stir.

  8. heat on low heat and gradually add one more cup of macaroni water. Let cook down in to a creamy sauce.
