Recipe Ingredients for Easy Polenta

1 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Polenta

  1. Bring the milk and broth to a boil in a large pot.

  2. Gradually whisk in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.

  3. Reduce heat and stir constantly for 5 minutes until thick.

  4. Remove from heat and whisk in cheese.
