A quick and easy pizza dough, also great for firm sandwich bread, rolls, and flatbreads. Use bread flour and cook at high temperature (450 - 500 Fahrenheit) for best texture.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pizza Dough

3 cup Flour
2.25 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbs Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
8 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Easy Pizza Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1.5 cups of flour, remaining dry ingredients, and olive oil.

  2. Add water and stir to blend.

  3. Add remaining flour .25 cup at a time until mixture begins to pull away from sides of bowl and can be worked by hand.

  4. Turn out dough on floured surface and knead for 5 - 10 minutes (5 is usually fine) or until smooth and strechy.

  5. Form dough into a ball and place in a covered bowl. Allow to rise for 20 - 30 minutes.

  6. Stretch for pizza base or form into loaves or rolls.

  7. Bake 10 - 20 minutes at 450 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit - OR -

  8. Form into 8 flatbreads.

  9. Bake 5 minutes per bread at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
