Ideally, I would--and will--use less flour (about 425 g or so) for this recipe. Who needs the extra carbs, right? This is a favorite, very straight-forward recipe found on the internet.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pizza Dough

480 g all-purpose flour
10 g salt
3 g instant yeast
325 g water, lukewarm

Recipe Directions for Easy Pizza Dough

  1. Measure out ingredients into large bowl

  2. Stir with spatula until dough forms

  3. Knead dough for a few minutes (until smooth and elastic)

  4. Let rise for at least an hour

  5. Shape and add toppings to bake immediately, or cut into four pieces, wrap each piece with plastic and toss into ziplock bag to freeze or refrigerate
