Makes 1 thick crust or 2 thin crust pizzas

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pizza Dough

2 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter or margerine
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water

Recipe Directions for Easy Pizza Dough

  1. Dissolve 2 tbsp yeast in 1/4 cup warm water

  2. In a large bowl, dissolve 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp butter or margerine, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup boiling water.

  3. When room temperature, add yeast to large bowl. Add 2 3/4 cups flour.

  4. Allow to rise 5 minutes.

  5. Spread out onto large pizza pan.

  6. Add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
