Recipe Directions for Easy Peach Cobbler

  1. Spray the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Drain peaches, reserving 8 fluid ounces of juice, and place peaches in the bottom of the dish. Mix cake mix with reserved juice and 6 ounces of egg beaters until well blended. Pour mix over peaches, spreading to cover completely.

  2. Topping:

  3. Combine oats and brown sugar. Melt butter and mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
