Makes 12 servings



Easy as boiling the pasta and mixing everything together. Any short cut whole wheat pasta works but I like bow ties or penne best as I feel they hold up the best.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pasta Salad

13 ounces dry whole wheat pasta
1 cup sliced cucumbers
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach, torn
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup cannellini beans
1/3 cup light ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Easy Pasta Salad

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.

  2. mix all ingredients together well and chill for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.

  3. Serve!
