I eat these every morning for breakfast. They will help keep you regular.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Pancakes

1 cup bran, oat
1 cup oats
1/3 c non-fat powdered milk
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Easy Pancakes

  1. Let stand to thicken. May need to add more water for the consistency you like. Makes about 20 pancakes.

  2. Cook on a hot griddle. I don't oil my griddle, however, do what works best for you.
