This easy overnight french toast recipe can be prepared the night before or make and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before baking.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Overnight French Toast Casserole

6 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light Soft
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 oz Lite Syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 slice(28 g) Sandwich Bread
1 cup, halves Strawberries
1 serving Lite Syrup

Recipe Directions for Easy Overnight French Toast Casserole

  1. 1. Lightly butter each (6) slice of bread on one side.

  2. 2. Wisk eggs, milk, 1/4 c syrup, vanilla, cinnamon in bowl.

  3. 3. Dip bread slice in egg mixture and place in 11"x13" baking pan. (Bread should fit in baking pan with two layers of 6 pieces.)

  4. 4. Pour any remaining egg mixture over bread in pan.

  5. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  6. 6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

  7. 7. Slice strawberries and bananas in bowl . Mix with 3 Tbsp of syrup. Serve as fresh topping for french toast.
