Easy pork chops in crockpot, delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Oniony Chops

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1 pouch Soup Mix Onion
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Easy Oniony Chops

  1. Slice medium onion and spread in bottom of Crockpot.

  2. Place pork chops on top of onions (may use as many chops as fit comfortably in bottom of your crockpot).

  3. Mix onion soup mix with water and pour over the pork chops.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

  5. Serve over brown rice or with potatoes.

  6. ** can use 1 can of french onion soup instead of the mix + water.

  7. *** if you use 6 or more chops you may want to add more liquid either water or can of soup.
