Recipe Ingredients for Easy Mochi

1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup rice flour
3 tablespoon Red Bean

Recipe Directions for Easy Mochi

  1. Spray the pan with PAM cooking spray

  2. Mix hot water and sugar till dissolved

  3. Add rice flour and mix well

  4. Pour into pan

  5. Dot with red bean paste evenly
