180 gram winter melon, use 480 gram mo qua
5 ml canola oil
28 gram anchovies
16 gram garlic
1 pepper
28 gram green onion
400 ml corn, canned, creamed
400 ml chicken broth
10 gram cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Easy Mo qua and Anchovies Side Dish

  1. cube mo qua

  2. fry oil and garlic

  3. add in anchovies

  4. add in mo qua, cook until almost soft

  5. add in broth, corn and green onion

  6. mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water

  7. put in gently while stirring

  8. serve
