Easy and delicious Mixed Fruit Cobbler

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Mixed Berry Cobbler

5 cup Mixed Berries
6 serving Agave Nectar
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Vegan Buttery Sticks
0.75 cup Cake Flour Blend
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Salt
0.75 cup Soymilk Light Plain

Recipe Directions for Easy Mixed Berry Cobbler

  1. Place 2 bags of frozen mixed berries in a 9X6 baking dish. Add the agave and vanilla and mix well. Melt buttery stick in microwave, then add flour, sugar, baking powder, sugar and milk to butter. Mix well and pour over fruit mixture.

  2. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately one hour. (Check at 45 minutes)
