Recipe Ingredients for Easy Mexican Chicken and Beans

1 lb chicken breast
35 grams Chicken Taco seasoning
15 ounce black beans, low salt
11 ounce Green Giant® Mexicorn®
1/4 cup water
4 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Easy Mexican Chicken and Beans

  1. Slice chicken breast into strips.

  2. In a large skillet, saute until mostly cooked.

  3. Add Chicken Taco seasoning, black beans, mexicorn, and water.

  4. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve with chips on the side.
