Easy mango salsa for chicken, fish or rice

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Mango Salsa

1 fruit without refuse Mangos
0.5 serving, raw Cilantro
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
1 cup slices Cucumber
2 Teaspoon Juice
1 dash Salt

Recipe Directions for Easy Mango Salsa

  1. -Take Mango, score and cut into cubes (Mango cannot be too ripe)

  2. - Chop onion and cucumber and add

  3. - In a bowl mix all ingredients with salt & pepper, lemon juice and cilantro

  4. - Serve
