Recipe Ingredients for Easy Make Spinach Manicotti

15 oz cottage cheese
20 oz spinach (frozen)
1 1/2 cups Cheeses, Low Fat Mozzarella
3/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups water
4 12 pieces Manicotti-Cannelloni
3 cups Pasta (g g) Roasted Garlic and Herb Italian Sauce

Recipe Directions for Easy Make Spinach Manicotti

  1. Thaw and squeeze all the water from the spinach.

  2. Mix cheeses, spinach, egg, and spices.

  3. Combine Sauce and Water. Pour 1/2 into bottom of baking pan.

  4. Stuff shells and arrange on top of sauce. Cover with remaining sauce.

  5. Sprinkle top with a little cheese. Put in oven

  6. Bake at 350degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
