Recipe Ingredients for Easy Low-fat Chicken & Veggie "Stir Fry"

442 grams Chicken
1 serving Original Teriyaki Takumi Collection
2 serving Regular Soy Sauce
0.33 tbsp Peanut Oil, Unrefined
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
280 grams Broccoli
305 grams Bok Choy

Recipe Directions for Easy Low-fat Chicken & Veggie "Stir Fry"

  1. Heat up olive oil in wok or deep sautee pan. Add onions to at medium heat till softened.

  2. Add diced garlic, broccoli, and the stem part of the baby bok choy.

  3. Add a few tablespoons of water, raise heat to medium-high, and cover.

  4. Cut chicken into 1-1/2" pieces and add to the veggies, stir. Add the bok choy's leaves, teriyaki, soy sauce, and peanut oil (for flavor, skip if you like). Let cook until all the veggies are tender and the chicken is cooked. Serve over rice if you like, or eat as-is. I got about 3-4 servings, add more veggies if you're feeding more people. Delicious!
