Recipe Ingredients for Easy low carb Mashed Cauliflower

16 ml ranch salad spritzers
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Easy low carb Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Bring 3 cups water to a boil

  2. Add Cauliflower to water and boil for 7 minutes

  3. Drain

  4. Add cauliflower to food processor, sprinkle with garlic power, and drizzle with canola oil

  5. Process until nearly smooth

  6. Spray with 10 sprays of Salad Spritzers

  7. Process until smooth adding 1 spray of salad spritzers as needed until done

  8. Serve immediately
