Recipe Ingredients for Easy Lentil Salad

1/3 cup lentil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp flax oil
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup cucumber
1 slice onion

Recipe Directions for Easy Lentil Salad

  1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add lentils - cook 35 minutes

  2. combine ingredients and chill before serving.
