Recipe Ingredients for Easy lentil curry

240 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
265 grams Lentils, Mature Seeds
215 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
2 clove Garlic
1 small Onions
2 cup Spinach
2 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Easy lentil curry

  1. 1) onions & garlic in a pan over medium heat, cook until softened.

  2. 2) Add the tomatoes, lentils and chickpeas (i use canned)

  3. 3) Add the spices. Depends on personal favourites!

  4. 4) Serve with cous cous
