Lasagne - I could not get the spaghetti sauce counted calorie wise correctly on here so you will have to do those calculations separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Easy Lasagne

1 lb ground beef
2 cups fat free ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cups grated parmesan
1/4 cups parsley
1 teaspoon salt
8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
3 1/2 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Easy Easy Lasagne

  1. Brown beef in 3-quart saucepan; drain off excess fat.

  2. Add spaghetti sauce (32 oz) and water (3.5 cups), simmer about 10 minutes.

  3. Combing the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesean, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.

  4. Pour about 1 cup of sauce in 13x9 pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagne noodles over sauce. Cover with about 1.5 cups of sauce. Spread half the cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasgne, sauce, and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagne and remaining sauce.

  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
